Belts on a Mitsubishi galant 1997? The belt on the Ac compressor makes noise when i turn my headlights or my ac on. And its also a nearly new belt i mean i didnt buy it yesterday but its not old. What could be the problem?

My Mitsuibishi Galant A/C not getting cold. New Compressor and Drier. Any Help? Ok, I own a 1995 Mitsubishi Galant, and I put a remanufactured compressor, filled the compressor with oil, a new drier, and flush out the old freon and vacuumed the lines and put new freon from those cans. The A/C gets cold, but its not blowing stong enough and even though it does get cold, i dont think it gets cold enough. i put it through a computer, and the temperature read to 90 Degrees Celsius. I really miss my very nice cold ac. i really do want it back. Is there something i forgot to do or something I could do to make it colder? Please and thank you!

A small piece of debris from the old compressor may have broke loose and worked its way to the valve, partially or completely diverting the flow of refrigerant, bypassing the evaporator core no matter how hot it gets and hampering that nice cooling action.
You can test my theory with a manifold gauge set hooked up to both sides of the A/C system. Normally, the low side is about 35-50 psi and the high side is ~200 psi higher. With a blocked TXV the high side pressure on a properly charged system might only be ~100 psi higher than the low side. If evaporation is not occuring, pressure won't increase as it should.
My guess is your TXV is located down next to the evaporation core and load$ of fun to get to. That's why they charge so much for a compressor replacement - to guarantee the work they have to also change the TXV and drier. Sometimes you get lucky and the old TXV is fine, sometimes not.
Since you flushed the lines, you need to replace the PAG oil evenly throughout the system (divide it equally between the drier, compressor, evaporator and condenser - inject it into hard to reach components using the flushing gun). If you put the full oil capacity into the compressor it might now be damaged, and not able to pull the low side down as far as it normally could."
