I hate yellow jackets replied: "Ya about half of America over the age of 14 and below 75 probably . You might cut that by 2/3 if they are brand loyal . But really the brands aren't loyal anymore why should we be !"

Shop Dog replied: "That's one that should be researched and put on a national auction with a high reserve."

me i tell you it's me replied: "yes, i would like to buy it. Sell it to me cheap, I'll sell it for a profit, and buy a 69 Camaro, or a Vette. I am brand loyal!! Body difference between 1969 Dodge Charger and 1969 Super Bee? Were there any body differences between the 1969 Charger and the 1969 Super Bee? They look a lot alike!

paul h replied: "The Super Bee was a Coronet body....slightly different than the Charger which had a Coke-bottle shape from 68-70. Coronet's and Plymouth Satellite-based Roadrunners were light-weight basic versions of muscle cars whereas a Charger could be considered a more refined muscle car with options like a/c, power seats and windows. "

dodge man replied: "the super bee was built off a dodge coronet body style,it had no relation to the charger body's at all,the Plymouth road runners and gtx,s and satellites were the same body style, the road runner and the the gtx,s they have slightly different design,s as you can tell from looking at this picture, they were two totally different vehicles, engines and transmissions were the same but that's about it,http://www.hubcapcafe.com/ocs/pages01/dodg6904.htm good luck on it."

Darrell K replied: "Do you mean the Superbird? The only thing the Charger would have similar to the Super Bee in 69 would be the marker lights, door handles and locks. They are both b-bodies so the frame rails and floors may be similar. The Daytona and the Superbird look the same with the nose cone but you can tell from the rear tail panel the difference. Again they don't share any other similar body panels. OK the wing!"

is anyone interested in an original 1969 dodge super bee at $25000? still trying to find a buyer unmolested i owner got he window sticker 42000 original miles

ken k replied: "contact the auction in arizona/gotta be online/they specialize in those cars"

dodge man replied: "if you,ll post some really good pics of it my neighbor is interested in it,but he wont send an e-mail address or anything else but he has the money for it as we speak if your really interested in selling it,but its going to have to be really nice for that price, just because its original an doesn't have many miles on it doesn't mean its worth a lot of money it may be in need of a lot of repair work, post some pics and let us see what it looks like and you may sell it real quick,we need inside and outside as well as underneath pics of it and trunk pics with out the trunk mat in it,also need engine pics, and a brief description of the overall condition of it,good luck."

my boy is on this imagenary shopping spree for a 1969, dodge Coronet super bee, and he is asking me?? which engine would be faster and or more suitable for his imagenary car, the the 426 Hemi with twin 4 barrels, or the 440 six pack. Any differances in performance would impress him. me I had a volkswagen help plz

nyninchdick replied: "I would go for the six pack 440. The torque and horsepower is pretty close to a dual quad Hemi, but the coolness factor of a sixpack can't be beat"

Papa John replied: "The hemi I used to have a Cuda 340 that could take a 440. I had a Challenger that could take a 340. My neighbor had a 65 or 66 with a Hemi. He'd blow us all away."

the_cheeze_cop replied: "The Hemi! More HP with a touch less torque than the 440. But this can made up with correct gearing for neck-snapping launches. See links below."

renegadesail replied: "The 426 hemi with twin 4 barrels would be the fastest. It must be a B block of course. This engine has more torque than the 440. And if I'm not misstaken it was rated at 425 H.P.and 450 feet pounds of torque."

bigblockchallanger replied: "426 hemi 2-four barrels four-speed with a pistol grip shifter coolest and fastest production car ever !!!!!!!!!!!! pull them front tires ya!"

Jacob replied: "I would take the 426 any day over a 440."

ronnysox60 replied: "tell the boy to soup up his hemi and go for it"

How do i paint model car windows? ok so iv converted a 1969 dodge super bee onto a rc car chassis but the windows for the actually rc shells are black and the model windows are clear. can i just paint on to them or should i wet sand the whole of the windows, primer then paint black?

John replied: "If I'm following you correctly---the windows are clear and you want them black? If you want them opaque (can't see through them), a couple of coats of black painted from the inside of the windows will do the trick. Just give the inside surfaces a light sanding, mask the outside, and spray or airbrush away for a consistent coat. Since the outside surface of the windows will be left untouched, it will have a glossy finish."

Celeste replied: "you definitely need primer on those windows"
